You can find us at Flat No. 102 in Nocyadgar City, which is right near the Market Yard in Baramati. Since we are Arifeen D Fresh Private Limited, being near the Market Yard is actually pretty convenient for us. Pune is a big district, but Baramati has its own pace. We spend a lot of our time dealing with fresh produce and making sure things move quickly. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of early morning stuff and keeping track of what is coming in and going out. Our office is just a regular flat, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have desks set up and there is always someone coming in with news from the market. The weather in Baramati can be quite dry, but the area is always buzzing with farmers and traders. We aren't doing anything complicated. We just take the fresh stuff and handle the business side of it. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a small team and we all know what needs to be done. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. We just want to get the work finished so we can head home. It is a straightforward way of living and working for us.
