Ardouro Technologies Private Limited is situated in the Chinchwad area of Pune. Our office is Flat-B/302 in the Royal Rahadaki Greens complex, which is on Sr No.30. It’s a residential area, so the vibe is a lot calmer than the city center. We converted the flat into an office space because it’s convenient and comfortable. You’ll see people living their lives all around us while we are inside working on technology stuff. The 411017 area of Maharashtra is a good place to be. We have a small kitchen in the back where we make our own tea and coffee. There are no fancy catering services here. Our team sits in what used to be the living room and bedrooms, now filled with desks and monitors. The balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we need a break from the screens. We usually talk about the latest tech news or what we’re going to eat for dinner. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don’t have big corporate policies or long manuals. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, which makes it feel less like a sterile office. We like that it feels like a home. It keeps the stress levels down while we deal with the usual tech bugs and deadlines. We just show up and get through the work.
