Archivista Engineering Projects Pvt. Ltd. operates from No. 201 and 202 in the Sai Empire building in Baner. Being on the second floor means we have a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed with cars and people these days. Baner has changed a lot since we first set up here. Our office is full of tables with big monitors and rolls of engineering drawings. It's mostly a place for thinking and planning out projects. We spend a lot of time looking at screens or talking over a desk about structural details. The building itself is busy with other offices too, so there is a lot of coming and going in the hallways. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just mostly maps or project schedules pinned up. It can get a bit hectic when deadlines are close, and the office stays lit late into the evening. We keep a kettle for coffee and tea because that's what keeps us going through the long afternoons. It’s a professional enough space, but it’s definitely not one of those fancy modern offices with bean bags. We have sturdy desks and chairs that are good for sitting in for eight hours. We focus on the blueprints and the math, making sure everything is lined up right before anything goes to the site. It’s just us doing our engineering work in the middle of Baner.
