Apurva Industrial Corp. is over at 103, Presidency, right across from Tata Sterling Motors at Gadkarichowk. It’s a well-known corner if you spend any time in this part of the city. We’ve been operating out of this office for years. It’s an industrial sort of business, so we aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or leather chairs. The office is functional and maybe a little dusty from the files we keep. We deal with various industrial supplies and equipment. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking inventory lists. It’s a steady pace here. We know the guys at the motor shop across the street pretty well by now. Gadkarichowk gets a lot of traffic, so there’s always noise coming in from the windows. We don't mind it much. Our team is small and everyone knows their job. We don't have big meetings or long speeches about goals. We just look at what needs to be shipped out and make sure it happens. It is a straightforward way to run things. If someone walks in, they get a chair and a glass of water, and we talk business. That’s how we’ve always done it and it seems to work fine for us.
