You can find Apple Infotech over in Ahmedabad, specifically in the Shahpur area. We are in A/109 in the Katraj building. Most of our day is spent looking at computer internals or trying to fix a software glitch. It’s a typical tech shop. We have boxes of cables and spare monitors taking up most of the space. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where every screw is. People bring in their systems when they won't boot up or if they got a virus. We spend a lot of time explaining things that sound complicated but are actually just simple hardware failures. Shahpur is a busy part of Ahmedabad, so there's always noise from the street. We’ve been in this A/109 spot for some time now. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people just find us because their friend told them we fixed their laptop. It’s a lot of sitting and focused work. Sometimes the parts we need take a few days to arrive, and we have to keep the customers updated. We drink a lot of chai while waiting for files to transfer or systems to update. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. We aren't corporate people. We just like to get things working again so people can go back to their own lives. It’s a steady pace and we like it that way. We just keep fixing one thing at a time and hope the electricity stays on.
