We've been at Shop 44 in Patil Plaza for some time now. It’s right near Saras Baug and the Mitra Mandal Chowk, so it’s easy to find but the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The shop is small but we keep it organized with all the spare parts and tools we need. Most days it is just us working on laptops or helping people with their desktop issues. It gets busy during the afternoon. Sometimes we have tea from the stall nearby while waiting for a system to format or a software to install. People from around Parvati come in with all sorts of computer problems. Some just need a cable or a mouse, while others have machines that won't even turn on. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just a few desks, some chairs for customers, and a lot of screwdrivers. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We try to get through the repairs as fast as we can because we know how much people rely on their gadgets. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought it would, especially if we have to wait for a part to arrive. We’ve seen a lot of different computers come through these doors over the years. It’s just honest work. We are usually here until late evening making sure everything is shut down properly.
