Anup Mobile Shopee

Anup Mobile Shopee is tucked into shop numbers one-hundred and eight and one-hundred and nine over in Hadapsar. It’s not a huge place, but we managed to fit a lot of glass counters inside to show off the different phone covers and accessories. We spend a lot of our time sitting behind the glass, waiting for people who need a new screen guard or a quick fix for their charging port. The lighting inside is a bit bright because we need to see the tiny screws when we open up a phone. There is usually a pile of old boxes in the corner from the latest shipment of cables and earphones. We listen to the radio or have a small TV running in the background to pass the time when it's quiet. People often come in just to ask for directions or to get a quick recharge done. The floor is covered in linoleum that’s starting to peel at the edges, but it’s clean enough. We have a small stool for customers to sit on, though most people just stand while they wait for their phone to be fixed. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so the small desk fan is always running on high speed. We’ve been in this spot in Hadapsar for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of different phone models come and go. It’s a simple shop and we just try to keep things moving so people can get back to their day.
