Our spot is Flat No. 603 in the B-Building of Ganesham Society, Phase-1, over in Pimple Saudagar. It’s a well-known society in this part of town. Working out of a flat gives it a bit more of a relaxed feel than a cold office building. We’ve got the sixth-floor view, which is alright when you need to look away from the computer for a minute. The space is filled with desks, some extra monitors, and a lot of cables running along the floor. We do a lot of tech work here, mostly focusing on software and different systems. The team is small, so we usually just talk across the room instead of sending internal emails. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. Pimple Saudagar has changed a lot since we first set up here; there are way more shops and places to eat now. We usually just bring lunch from home or grab something quick from around the corner. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know where we are. It’s a practical way to run a business. We start early and usually wrap up once the day's goals are met. There’s always something to troubleshoot or a new update to push through. It's just a regular day at the office for us, nothing too complicated or fancy about it. We just try to keep things running.
