Our office is situated in the Kondhaw area of Pune, specifically in the Lotus Building which is part of Nivedita Garden. We are located at S. No. 18/3, right across from the Amba Vatika landmark. We work out of Flat F/601. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment. We like it that way. We spend our days focusing on technology solutions. It’s a small team here, so we don't have layers of management or anything complicated. We just sit around our desks and talk through the problems we are trying to solve together. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but that’s just part of life here. We aren't a massive company with a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just rely on doing our work steadily every day. The neighborhood of Kondhaw is pretty busy, but our spot on the sixth floor stays relatively quiet most of the time. We often take turns getting tea or coffee for everyone when the work gets a bit stressful. There’s no dress code or formal rules about how to sit or work. We just focus on getting the tasks done properly. Most of us have been working in tech for a while, so we just use our experience to figure things out as they come up. It’s a very straightforward, practical place to work. We don't have a lot of frills, just what we need to stay productive and keep moving forward with our daily projects.
