You can find Annapurna Catering Services at Flat No. 7 in Carina Terrace. We are located in Lulla Nagar, right opposite Mount Carmel School. Being near a school means there's always a lot of activity in the mornings and afternoons. We named the business Annapurna because it felt right for a place that deals with food every day. It’s a small-scale operation, run mostly from our residential setup. We do a lot of cooking for people in the surrounding apartments. It’s a quiet enough area when the school isn't letting out. We spend most of our time in the kitchen, prepping for whatever orders we have that day. We don't have a fancy storefront with neon lights. It’s just a regular place where we do our work. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten to know the rhythms of the street. Sometimes we get orders for school events, which keeps us extra busy. We don't use any complicated systems to track things, just a notebook and some common sense. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we enjoy the process of making a meal from scratch. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the food is ready when it needs to be. No one here is looking for fame, we just want to cook and get through the day.
