We set up Anish Hr Solutions in Ratna Heritage, which is over in the Dagru Patin Nager area of Thergaon. We are quite close to the Vengsarker Cricket Ground, so we hear the noise from the matches sometimes. The office is a quiet spot where we spend the day looking at resumes and talking to people about jobs. It’s a lot of phone calls and sorting through files to see who fits where. Thergaon is a growing area and there are always new people moving in looking for work. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets in a small room. It isn't a flashy corporate environment, just a functional space where we get our work done. Most of the time is spent on the computer or interviewing candidates who come by. We see a lot of different people every week. Some are just starting out and others have years of experience. We try to keep track of everything in our folders, but it gets busy. Ratna Heritage is a decent building and easy enough to find if you know where the cricket ground is. We don't do much marketing, mostly just word of mouth and people seeing our sign. It's a small team here, just trying to help bridge the gap between companies and folks looking for a paycheck. It’s a lot of administrative stuff and making sure the details are right before we send someone for an interview.
