Mostly, we deal with all the different problems people have with their mobile phones. Folks bring in devices that have been dropped on the pavement or won't take a charge anymore. We take a look and try our best to see what can be done. It is a very practical kind of place. We also sell some used phones for anyone who isn't looking to spend a lot on a brand new model. The workbench is usually covered in all sorts of tools and those tiny little screws that are so easy to lose. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is kept. S M Road gets quite a bit of dust, so we are constantly wiping down the display cases to keep things looking decent. People from the neighborhood know us by name and stop in to chat. We don't use fancy computer systems for everything, often just writing things down in a big paper ledger we keep by the register. It works well enough for us. If a repair is going to take a few days, we just tell you straight so there are no surprises. It is a small business and we just try to keep people's phones working.
