People around Kothrud 15 Mn Road 2 know us as the place to get their phones fixed. It started a while back because there weren't many spots that actually knew how to handle screen cracks or battery issues without charging too much. We sit right here on Road 2. It’s a busy area and we see a lot of people coming in from the nearby shops and houses. Usually, it’s someone who dropped their phone on the pavement or needs a new screen protector. We keep a bunch of chargers and cables on the shelf too. It isn't a fancy showroom with glass walls and bright lights. It's just a regular shop where we do our work. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when two or three people show up at the same time for repairs. We try to get things done quickly because nobody likes being without their phone for long. I've spent many afternoons sitting at the back bench looking at tiny circuit boards. It's quiet work mostly. If you walk past the main road, you'll see our sign. We've been here for a bit now and the locals know the way. We deal with all sorts of brands, even the older models that people still hang onto. It’s good to be part of the neighborhood here. We just focus on the hardware and making sure people can use their devices again without a headache.
