We've been here in Panvel at Sector 13 for quite some time now. It’s a busy area and we like being right in the middle of it all. Most people around here know where to find us if they have questions or need some help with their paperwork. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular desk and chairs where we sit and talk through things. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the morning rush, but you get used to it. We started this because we saw a lot of folks struggling with the local systems and figured we could lend a hand. It’s not about making a huge name for ourselves. We just want to make sure the job gets done right for the people who walk through our door. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually grab a quick break when things get hectic. Dealing with different types of people keeps every day interesting. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the files, and other days there’s a line out the door before we even open up. We try to be honest about what we can do and what we can't. If we don’t have the answer, we usually know someone nearby who does. It’s just a simple way of working that seems to suit the neighborhood.
