Our place is out at Plot No.1442 on Road No.16 in Kalamboli. If you know the warehousing complex, you know it’s a massive area with a lot of traffic. It gets pretty dusty out here with all the trucks moving around, but that's just Kalamboli for you. We deal with mould steels. It’s heavy stuff, so we spend a lot of our time moving things with the cranes. The warehouse is big, and sometimes it feels like we’re always rearranging things to make more room. We’ve been at this spot for a good bit of time now. The guys working here are mostly locals or people who have moved to the area for work. We aren't really into big presentations or corporate talk. We just open the shutters in the morning and get to work. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the highlight of the afternoon when things get slow. We handle the steel, make sure it’s where it needs to be, and wait for the transport to arrive. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. Not much to look at from the outside, just a big shed with a lot of metal inside. But it keeps us busy. We prefer it that way, just staying focused on the tasks at hand and making sure the inventory is sorted. It’s a practical way to run a business.
