We set up our workshop in Wanawadi, right near the Reliance Mart and the Regal Home building. It’s a noisy place because there is always some cutting or welding going on. If you walk past Prabhu Gulmohar, you’ll probably hear the machines running. We make things out of iron and steel, mostly gates, window grills, and frames. It is dirty work and our clothes are usually covered in dust and grease by the end of the day. We don't have a showroom. The workshop is where we spend all our time. People bring us drawings or just explain what they want, and we try to make it fit. Sometimes the measurements are a bit off and we have to fix it on the spot. That’s just part of the job. We have a few guys who have been with us for years. They know how to handle the heavy stuff. The weather gets really hot in the summer, making the metal hard to touch, but we keep going. We don't do any big advertising. Most people find us because they saw a gate we made for their neighbor. It’s a practical business. We use heavy tools and take our time to make sure the welds are strong enough. It isn't pretty work, but it lasts. We just focus on getting the orders finished and out the door to the customers who need them.
