Anand Catering

Anand Catering is located at A4 Nikash Skies in Someshwar Wadi. We’re just off Baner Road, not too far from the Rajwada Hotel in the Aundh area. It’s a good spot to be in, even if the traffic on Baner Road can be a nightmare during the evening. We started this business because we wanted something of our own. Most days start really early for us, with a lot of heavy lifting and moving crates around. The space in Nikash Skies is where we do all our planning and a good chunk of the prep work. We aren’t a big, polished company with a call center. When you call us, you’re usually talking to one of the people who will actually be at your event. We’ve had some long days and even longer nights, especially during the wedding season when everything happens at once. The kitchen can get pretty messy when we're in the middle of a big order, but we always get it cleaned up. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about making sure there’s enough food and that it tastes okay. Sometimes we forget to update our records or the printer runs out of ink right when we need a menu, but we make do. It’s just a local business run by people who live right here in the neighborhood and know how to cook a decent meal.
