Our office for Ampersand Infotech Pvt Ltd is situated right in Shivajinagar, Pune, specifically behind the Agriculture College near the V. C. Camp Office. Being in one of the 10 Bungalows gives it a bit of an old-school feeling that you don't find much anymore. The area is quite green because of the college campus next door, which is a nice change from the usual city concrete. We spend our days tucked away in the back, working through software tasks and tech issues. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you’re not familiar with the 10 Bungalows area, but once you’re here, it’s actually quite peaceful. The walls are thick, so it stays relatively cool even when the Pune sun is out. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is almost always running. Most of the staff has a favorite spot for lunch nearby, or we just bring tiffins and eat on the veranda. You can see people walking their dogs or students heading to class through the gates. It feels more like a home than a corporate building. Sometimes the monkeys from the college area come over to the roof, which makes for a bit of excitement. We just keep our heads down and get through the projects, one day at a time. It’s a steady kind of life here.
