Amolwaghmare

Our spot is at Sr.No 44 in Hanuman Nagar, right on the A.R.A.I Company Road in Pune. It is a bit of a climb to get up here, but the view is worth it sometimes. Amolwaghmare is the name of this small business. We are not a fancy firm with glass walls and suit-wearing employees. We are just a local team working out of a simple building. The air feels a bit fresher up here near the hills, which is nice when things get stressful. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our equipment and desks. It’s not perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just wake up, come to the office, and handle the jobs that come in that day. It’s a very straightforward way of living. We know most of the people on this road, and we try to be good neighbors. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and other times we leave a bit early if it’s quiet. We don't have a human resources department or a marketing team. We just talk to people directly. It’s the way we have always done it, and it feels right. We aren't trying to be the biggest in Pune. We just want to do right by the people who trust us with their work.
