We’ve been doing this fabrication work for quite a while now over here at Bavdhan Barkha Bahar Cooperative Housing Society. It is mostly just us handling metal and fixing things up when people around here need it. The workshop is right in the housing society area, so everyone knows where we are. We spend most of the day cutting, welding, and putting things together. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the grinders, but that is just how the work goes. People come by with all sorts of requests, from small gate repairs to bigger iron frames. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we keep our tools and materials. Most days it’s dusty and there is a lot of scrap metal lying around until we clear it out. We just focus on getting the job done right so the stuff lasts. You might see us out there in the morning getting everything ready. It’s a local operation and we like being part of the community here. We don't really do much advertising, mostly just folks telling their neighbors about us. If something needs welding or a frame needs to be made, we just take a look and tell you what can be done. It’s straightforward work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years while we stayed in this same spot and kept at it.
