Amit Mixstore

Amit Mixstore is located right in Pimpri, just opposite where the old Annasaheb Magar was. If you’re heading down the 100 Feet Road or coming from the 10th Main, you’ll probably see us near Dev Hospital. It’s a pretty busy area. I spend most of my mornings just getting the shutters up and making sure everything we got in the previous day is where it should be. We call it a mixstore because we end up keeping a bit of everything that people around here ask for. It wasn’t always this packed, but over the years, you just keep adding more items to the shelves. The shop isn't huge, so sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have three or four people inside at once. My brother helps out when things get too hectic in the evenings. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, with new buildings going up and the hospital getting busier. Usually, I’m the one behind the counter from morning until we close at night. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to neighbors. We don't do much advertising; people just know we are here because of the location. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we can barely hear the customers, but you get used to it. It’s a simple life running a shop in this part of town, just making sure the stock is ready for whoever needs it.
