Ambika Fabricators & Industrial Works

Our place is number 97 in Talegaon Dabhade, specifically in the Kadiakui area. It’s a bit out there, but we like the space we have. Ambika Fabricators & Industrial Works has been here long enough that we know the local rain patterns and when the power might cut out. We spend most of the daylight hours working with metal. It’s honest work, even if it leaves your hands dirty at the end of every shift. We have a few welding machines and some cutters that stay pretty busy. The floor is concrete and it’s seen a lot of wear over the years. We don't really have a front office, just a small desk where we keep the ledger and some old catalogs. Most people just walk right into the work area when they visit. We don’t mind. It’s better to see what we are actually doing. Talegaon is growing, but our little corner feels mostly the same. We have a rhythm to the day. Start early, take a break when it’s too hot, and finish up before it gets dark. We don't use any fancy software for our designs, mostly just chalk on the floor or sketches on scraps of paper. It gets the job done and nobody has complained yet. We just keep our heads down and keep the sparks flying. The dog from the street usually sleeps near the gate, watching the trucks go by.
