It Matix

It Matix is located over in the Ankur Plaza building, right on the second floor. We are pretty much directly opposite the Warje Flyover, so we hear the traffic going by all day long. It's a handy spot for us. We handle a lot of different IT tasks here. It’s mostly just a group of us sitting at desks trying to make sure systems stay running. Computers have a way of breaking at the worst times, so we stay fairly busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest tech firm in the world; we just like solving the puzzles that come with the job. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, cables, and a lot of coffee mugs. We’ve been in this part of town for a while now. Most days are spent troubleshooting or setting up new stuff for people who need help with their digital setups. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to folks because it just confuses things. If something isn't working, we try to find out why and fix it. Sometimes it takes longer than we’d like, but that’s just how technology behaves. We appreciate the local shops nearby for lunch, and the flyover makes it easy for us to get around when we need to head out. It's a decent place to work. It is practical and we get through the lists of tasks as they come.
