We’ve been set up in the Aundh Balewadi area for a good while now. It’s a busy spot, and most of us live close by so the commute isn't too bad. We mostly deal with software and technical stuff here at Aloha Technology. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens, but we keep things moving. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get the work done. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is trying to solve a problem at once, but that's just how it goes in a tech place. We have a small pantry where we drink way too much tea during the afternoon slump. Most of the people here have been around for a few years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We don't really do big meetings unless there’s something important to sort out. It's just a bunch of people who know their way around code and hardware trying to keep things running smoothly for the clients who call us. We try to stay updated with all the new changes in technology because things move fast in this line of work. It’s mostly just honest work, day in and day out. If you walk past our building in Balewadi, you probably wouldn’t notice much from the outside, but there is always a lot happening on the servers inside. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get home on time.
