Our place is located at 1560 in Pimpari Pendhar, which is out in the Junnar area of Pune. It’s quite a way from the main city center, so it’s much more peaceful here than in the middle of Pune. We are Allianza Infoway, a small tech-focused company. Being in Junnar means we don't have to deal with the crazy city noise and traffic every day. Our office is a simple building, nothing too flashy or modern. It serves its purpose well for the kind of work we do. We have enough space for our computers and a small area to sit and talk. Most of us grew up around here or in nearby villages. We don't have a corporate handbook or any fancy rules. We just know what needs to be done and we get to it every morning. The internet can be a bit slow when it rains heavily, but we've learned to work around that over the years. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of staff. It’s just a handful of us. We take pride in just being a local business that provides for the community. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask a question. It feels more like a community spot than a cold office building. We’ve got a small shed out back where we store some old equipment. The air is much cleaner here than in the city. We don't plan on moving anytime soon. This spot feels like home.
