The office is located over in Ambegaon Bk, specifically within the Dalvi Nagar area of Pune. We are based in Flat No. 8/301 of the Kalpak Shrushti building on S No. 36/5/6/2. Since the workspace is in a residential building, it has a much different vibe than a standard office block. Allestoit Technologies is just a small team of us working out of this flat. It almost feels like home, which is nice but can be a little distracting if we aren't careful. We’ve turned the main rooms into areas for our desks and computers. Background noises like kids playing or neighbors chatting in the hallway are pretty common here. Most of our time is spent on various technical projects. There is no professional cleaning crew or front desk to manage things. We just tidy up the place ourselves and answer the door when someone knocks. Ambegaon is a bit removed from the main city center, making it slightly quieter, though the commute can still be a bit of a headache. Lunch usually happens together in the small kitchen area. This is a very simple way of doing business without any of that corporate polish found in IT parks. We are just a group of people who enjoy working in a space that feels real. Having the office in a flat means someone has to remember to get the water delivered. It is a very grounded way to work.
