We are based out of Pune, specifically in the Dhayari area at the Ganesh Prasad building. It is a bit of a mix of residential and commercial spaces around here, and we occupy a space on the third floor of the C Wing. The address is Sr. No. 144/1/3, which can sometimes be a bit tricky for people to find the first time they visit. We spend most of our days in this office, just sitting at our desks and working through whatever is on the list for that week. It is not a huge corporate space with glass walls or anything like that. It is more like a regular room with some computers and a couple of ceiling fans that get a lot of use during the summer months. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, though you hear the usual city sounds from the street below throughout the afternoon. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea or coffee when we need a break from the screens. Most of the people working here live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad for us compared to some other parts of Pune. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people. Usually, if the door is open, you just walk in and find whoever is available. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We just focus on getting our tasks done and heading home when the day is over.
