We are set up at Gagan Galaxy, which is right on the Bibwewadi Kondhwa Road in Pune. Specifically, we are in C wing, room 804. This part of Lulla Nagar is usually quite busy with traffic, but once you get up to the eighth floor, it’s a lot calmer. We are Align It Consulting Pvt Ltd, and this is where we handle all our daily operations. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has that lived-in feel. We have desks set up in the main rooms and a lot of shelves for all the documents we have to keep track of. It’s not a huge place, but it fits our small team just fine. Usually, the first thing we do in the morning is open the windows to let some air in before we start on the emails. There is a lot of light that comes in from the balcony side. We don't have any big corporate banners or flashy decorations. It is just a practical workspace where we can focus on the consulting side of things. Most of the people we work with are from the Pune area, so they find the Lulla Nagar location quite easy to get to. We’ve got a small kettle for tea and some biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
