Alfatech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is based at 60, Morya Industrial Estate. We are in the T-201/1 section of the M.I.D.C. in Bhosari. If you know the area, you’ll know Bhosari is a major hub for industry. The Morya estate is always packed with activity and there are plenty of other businesses nearby doing all sorts of work. Our unit is a straightforward industrial space. We’ve been here for a good while and it suits the technical work we do. It’s a large space with high ceilings, which is common for these M.I.D.C. units. We don’t have a fancy office with expensive furniture. Most of our space is filled with workbenches, tools, and the equipment we need to get the job done. The whole area has that industrial feel to it, with the sounds and smells of metalwork everywhere. We have a small, dedicated crew here. Everyone knows what they need to be doing, so we don't need a lot of meetings or supervision. We prefer to just get on with building the systems. The days can be long and tiring, but we like the work. We make sure everything that leaves our unit is done properly. It’s a no-nonsense kind of shop, and we don’t see any reason to change that. We just show up and put in the effort every day. That’s how we operate here at 60 Morya.
