Alfa Food Supply

We are Alfa Food Supply and you can find us in Pawar Nagar, right near the Dutta Mandir in Thergaon. Being so close to the temple means it’s usually quite peaceful in the mornings before the local traffic picks up. Pimpri-Chinchwad is a big area, but our little corner feels more like a neighborhood. We handle a lot of different food items and supplies here. Most of our day is spent checking inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of lifting and moving boxes around. We have a small warehouse space that we’ve had to organize a dozen different ways to make everything fit. Sometimes it’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. Our staff are mostly locals who walk to work. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. Just a desk with a computer and a lot of shelves. When the sun hits the building in the afternoon, it gets pretty warm inside so we keep the big doors open. We get visitors looking for the temple who sometimes stop by to ask for directions. We don’t mind helping out. It’s a straightforward business. We just get the food supplies in and get them out to the people who need them. There’s always paperwork to do at the end of the day, which is probably the part we like the least. It’s just part of the routine.
