You’ll find Aleixo Technologies Private Limited in the Life Republic Township over in Marunji. We are in building R4, way up on the tenth floor in flat E/1002. It’s a pretty big township, so it took us a little while to get settled in. The view from up here is actually quite nice, especially when the weather is clear. We’ve got a small team working here on various tech projects. It’s a quiet office for the most part. We don't have a receptionist or a big boardroom. We just use the space we have to get our work finished. Being in Pune but a bit tucked away in Marunji is good for focusing. We don't get as many distractions here. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand rules. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home to our families. Some of us even live within the township, which makes the commute very easy. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no dress code or anything like that. Just a bunch of people who know their way around a computer. We’ve got our setup with all the wires and screens you’d expect. Sometimes we have lunch out on the balcony to get some fresh air. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't need all the fancy stuff to do good work. It’s just us here in the 412115 area, doing our thing day by day. It works out well.
