Alcon Impex is situated at 1541/28 in Naiwala, Karol Bagh. If you’ve ever been to Karol Bagh, you know how busy and cramped it can get. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, dealing with imports and exports. Our shop is right in the middle of all the action, surrounded by other traders and wholesalers. It’s a small space, mostly filled with boxes and samples of the stuff we trade. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a reception area. Most of our business happens over the phone or by people just dropping in to see what we have in stock. The streets outside are always loud with horns and people shouting, but we’re used to it by now. We handle a lot of different parts and goods, mostly things people need for their own businesses. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We spend a lot of time checking shipments and making sure the numbers match up. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local family-run business trying to make a living in the heart of the market. Our staff is small, and we all do a bit of everything, from unloading crates to doing the accounts. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know. We’ve survived in Karol Bagh for years because we just stick to the basics and keep our word. We’re always there at 1541/28, ready to get the day started.
