Akshay Kanhere

I work out of my place at Plot No-E-14 in Sahakar Nagar. It is a nice enough area, quite close to the Aranyeshwar Mandir, which means it is always easy to give people directions. Being Akshay Kanhere, I mostly handle things myself or with a very small group. My office is basically a room converted for work, filled with books, files, and my desk. It is not like a big firm where you have to go through three people just to talk to someone. If you call, you usually get me. Sahakar Nagar is a quiet neighborhood, so I can actually get some thinking done without too much noise from the street. I have been in this spot for a while now. The people living nearby are used to seeing clients coming and going. I don't really have a big sign outside, just enough so people know they are at the right house. Work usually involves a lot of reading and writing, and the occasional meeting over coffee in the living room. It is a very informal way of doing things, but it works for me and the people I help. Sometimes the temple bells ring in the background, which is a nice change from typical office sounds. I keep my own hours mostly, though the work tends to pile up regardless of the time. It is just a straightforward, one-man kind of operation here in the heart of the colony.
