We’re set up at 117 Vinayak Housing Society in Sahakar Nagar, right near Vidhya Vikas School here in Pune. Being near a school means there’s always kids and parents walking around, which makes the whole area feel quite active and lively. Our office is part of the housing society, so it’s a bit more relaxed than those big glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We handle infotech services, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on our computers and dealing with tangled cables. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, which is perfect for concentrating on hard problems. We’ve been in Pune for a long time and really like the vibe of this particular neighborhood. We don’t have a flashy entrance or a big glowing sign out front. Most of the people who come to see us are locals or have been sent by someone we already know. We just focus on the technical stuff and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the corner and some snacks on the table. We aren't into the whole corporate culture of long meetings that go nowhere. If there’s a problem with a system, we just sit down and fix it. The house is a bit old but it’s sturdy and has a lot of character. We like working here because it feels comfortable. It’s a practical setup and it works well.
