Akkies Kitchen Llp is located at Flat No B 503 in Sahyadri Heights. That’s over in Wadgaon, specifically near Sobha Optima at Sr No. 37/2B. It’s not a big commercial storefront, it’s more of a focused kitchen setup within the building. We spend most of our time prep cooking and figuring out the day's menu. Being in a residential height like Sahyadri means we have to be careful about the noise and the smells, but the neighbors are mostly used to us by now. It’s a small team, usually just a couple of us in the kitchen at any given time. We started this because we liked cooking, and now it’s our full-time job. The space in B 503 is tight, so we have to be really organized with our pots and pans. Wadgaon is a growing area, so there’s always something happening nearby. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Mostly, we just work from the flat and get things ready for our customers. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, which makes carrying supplies up to the fifth floor a bit of a workout. It’s not the most glamorous way to run a food business, but it’s what we have and it works for what we do. Just a simple kitchen doing its thing every day. We keep the counters clean and the stove going.
