Akkar Exports

Akkar Exports is situated near the Banganga Bridge on the Bombay Agra Road. Specifically, we are in A.P. Ojhar (Mig) in the Tal Naiphad area of the Nasik district. Being right on the main road means we hear the trucks passing by all day and night. It’s a very industrial and agricultural feel out here. The bridge is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We spend a lot of our time dealing with local products and getting them ready for transport. The weather in Nasik can be quite hot, so the office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we have a few fans going to keep the air moving. There’s always dust from the road settling on the windows, so we have to wipe them down more often than we’d like. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We have some storage space and a small area where we handle the billing and the export documents. Everyone who works here at Akkar Exports lives nearby, so it feels like a close group. We don't have any fancy titles; we just do what needs to be done to get the trucks loaded and out on time. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we’ve been here at this spot near the bridge for a while now. We often eat lunch together outside when it isn't too sunny. It is just how things go here every day.
