Ajira Ai Software India Private Limited

Our office, Ajira Ai Software India Private Limited, is situated in Aundh. We are at 134/1, E-9 in the Kirloskar Residency. Aundh is a pretty nice part of Pune, and being in a place like Kirloskar Residency makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office. We work on AI software, which sounds complicated, but to us, it is just a lot of coding and testing things out. We don't have a front desk person or a waiting lounge. If you come by, you’ll probably just see a few of us hunched over laptops with coffee mugs everywhere. The 411007 area is quite central, so getting lunch or finding a spot for coffee isn't hard at all. We don't go for big speeches or polished presentations. We just try to write code that actually works for the people who need it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we head out early if the work is done. It is a flexible kind of place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or modern art on the walls. We just want to do our job and go home. Being in Aundh fits our style because it is busy but not too chaotic for a small team like ours. We just keep our heads down and focus on the software.
