Ajay Syscon Pvt. Ltd is located out in Manikbaug, right on Sinhgad Road in Pune. If you know this part of Maharashtra, you know the traffic can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve made this our home. Our office is a practical space where we handle the day-to-day operations. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters, just a place where things get done. We deal with the local surroundings every day, seeing the same faces on the road. The 411041 area has changed a lot since we started here. There are more shops now and the road stays busy until late. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us working through our lists and managing the technical side of things. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone writing scripts for us. We just talk like normal people. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we’re very much a part of the Sinhgad Road community. When things get a bit hectic, we just take a break and then get back to it. It’s honest work. We’ve got our routine down and we don’t feel the need to change it much. Being in Manikbaug suits us just fine because it’s central to where we need to be. We keep our paperwork organized and try to stay on top of the schedule. That’s pretty much the story of our life here. We aren't doing anything fancy, just keeping the business running as usual.
