Ajay Catering Services

Ajay Catering Services is based out of Dhanakawadi, just off the Link Road. It’s a busy area and the noise of the traffic is something we are just used to by now. Our place isn't a big showroom. It’s mostly a large kitchen area where we spend our mornings prepping for whatever event is on the schedule. We deal with a lot of local orders for small parties or family gatherings. Sometimes it’s a bigger wedding and then things get really frantic around here. We have a small team and we’ve all known each other for a long time. The Link Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we spend a lot of time planning our delivery routes so the food doesn't get cold. We don't have a fancy office for meetings. Usually, we just talk to people right in the middle of everything. There are always big pots soaking in the sink and the smell of spices in the air. We keep a close eye on our supplies like rice and oil. It’s just a regular local business. We don't do anything too flashy, just standard local dishes that people around Dhanakawadi like. It’s hard work and the days are long, especially when there are multiple events in one weekend. We just keep our heads down and make sure the food is ready on time and the containers are clean.
