Ajanta Arts

Our little shop, Ajanta Arts, is located at Shop Number 2 in Quadri Palace. We are right in Bhavani Peth, very close to the Padamji Police Chowki. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We focus on various art projects and sign work. The shop is quite small, packed with paints, brushes, and pieces of material we use for our designs. It can get a bit cluttered when we have several jobs going at once, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time at the worktable in the back. It’s not a fancy gallery or anything, just a place where we get our hands dirty making things. Sometimes the smell of paint is a bit strong, but we’re used to it after all these years. We've been in this building for a while now and most of the neighbors know us. We don't do much advertising; people just tend to find us by word of mouth or by walking past the shop window. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when customers come in, but we manage. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the craft. Some days are slow, and other days we’re working late to finish a banner or a display that someone needs in a hurry. It’s just how things go in Bhavani Peth. We’ve got our routine down and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
