Aj Organica Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away inside 3/3 Nilgiri Society. If you know Model Colony in Shivajinagar, you know it’s one of those parts of town that still has some old trees and a bit of a slower pace compared to the main roads. Our office is basically just a few rooms in the society where we spend our hours. It’s not a big corporate setup. We have desks pushed against the walls and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. Sometimes the overhead fans make a bit of a clicking sound, but we’ve gotten used to it. The windows look out onto the society grounds, and you can usually hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We don’t really go in for big meetings or fancy presentations here. Usually, it’s just a couple of us sitting around discussing what needs to happen next. The kitchen area is small, just enough for a kettle and some biscuits. People walk by the gate and sometimes wave. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. Shivajinagar can get crowded during the rush hour, but once you step inside Nilgiri Society, it’s much more relaxed. We’ve been at this address for a while and it feels like home to us. There is no big sign out front, just the name on the door and the work we do inside every day. It’s simple and it works for us.
