We're based out of Tathwade in Pune, specifically in the Palladio Housing society. Aioneers Technologies India Privatelimited is up on the 12th floor of Wing-D, in Flat 1202. The building is right opposite Ashwini International School, so we see the school buses and kids every morning. It's a bit of a residential area, which makes the work environment relatively peaceful compared to the city center. We’ve turned the space into a functional office. It’s not a fancy glass-and-steel building, but it works for us. We’re in the 411033 area, which has been growing a lot lately. Inside, it’s pretty simple—just desks, chairs, and computers. We don't bother with much decor or corporate branding on the walls. It’s mostly just us focused on our tasks. Sometimes the elevator takes a while, but once you're up here, the view of Pune is actually quite nice. We aren't a massive team, so we just talk across the room instead of sending long emails to each other. We keep things pretty informal. Most of the time, we’re just dressed in casual clothes, working through our project lists. It’s a low-key operation. We just like to get our work done without a lot of unnecessary meetings or complicated processes. It’s a comfortable enough spot for a small group of people to spend their day.
