Aims Instrument & Engineering

Our office, Aims Instrument & Engineering, is located at 134 Warje, specifically in the Kantini Apartment area. We are right on the Kondhwa Katraj Road, near the Universal Residency. It is a fairly well-known route. We set up shop here because it is a central enough spot for our team to reach. The space is inside a residential-style building, so it has a different feel than a glass office block. We have got our tools and our desks squeezed in, but it works for what we need to do. We do not have a big HR team or anyone to polish our image for the public. We are just engineers and technicians who like solving problems. The road outside can get pretty noisy during the day, but we have gotten used to it. Sometimes we walk over to the local shops for a quick break. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe ourselves. We just say what we do and then we do it. It is a small operation, and everyone wears a few different hats. One day you might be doing paperwork, and the next you are fixing a piece of equipment. We have been in the Kondhwa area for a while and like the mix of people here. It is a practical place to be. We just focus on the tasks we have each day and try to get home.
