If you look for us in the Grafficon Arcade, we are right there at office number five, just across from Jehangir Hospital. Dhole Patil Road is always moving, but inside our office, it is a different kind of busy. We have computers pulled apart on the desks and cables running along the floor. It is mostly about screens and software around here. People come in from the street with laptops that will not turn on or asking about some new part they need for their setup. We spend a lot of time staring at monitors, trying to find where the problem is. It is quiet work mostly, punctuated by the sound of a keyboard or a printer going off. The arcade itself is an okay place to be, though it gets a bit dark in the hallways sometimes. We like being near the hospital because everyone knows the landmark. Our space is not very big, so we have to be careful where we put things. Boxes of hardware are stacked up in the corner. Sometimes we stay late when a job is being stubborn. It is just a regular tech shop, nothing more. We do what needs to be done with the machines people bring us. Usually, it is just about getting things back to working order so people can get back to their own lives and their own work without worrying about their technology failing.
