Aims Computers

Aims Computers is located inside Matoshri Ashok Soc. in Thergaon. It's not a big storefront on a main highway, but more of a local spot where people bring their laptops when things go wrong. Our workspace is usually a bit of a mess with screwdrivers, opened-up towers, and tangled power cords everywhere. We try to keep it tidy, but once you start working on three different motherboards at once, the organization kind of goes out the window. People from around the society stop by often, sometimes just to ask a quick question about why their internet is slow or why their screen is flickering. We don’t mind the interruptions. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the regulars by name. We don't use any fancy diagnostic tools that look like they're from a movie; it's mostly just us testing parts and seeing what works. The fans in the computers make a constant humming sound in the background while we work. Sometimes we’re here late trying to recover files for someone who’s panicked about a deadline. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. Word of mouth around Thergaon is usually how people find us. We just sit at our benches, fix the hardware, and try to keep the dust out of the fans. It's a simple way to make a living and we're fine with that. We just like fixing things that are broken.
