Agilante Software Solutions Private Limited is located over in Dhankawadi, Pune, specifically in Mohan Nagar. We are in Wing A of Airavnath Vihar, in Flat Number 8A. If you know the area, it’s near Sno-34/14. It’s a very residential neighborhood, so working here feels quite different from being in a big IT park. We have our computers set up in the rooms, and it’s a quiet place most of the time, except when the school nearby lets out in the afternoon. We spend most of our hours writing code and checking for errors in the software we work on. The team is quite small, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we have tea on the balcony when we need a break from the screens. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular flat with a lot of extra power strips and monitors. We’ve been here for a bit now and it suits us fine. There’s no need for big corporate offices when you can do the same work from a comfortable spot in Mohan Nagar. We just try to keep things simple and stay on top of the work that our clients send over to us. It's a decent way to earn a living.
