It is a residential building, so you have to look for building number 4A and come to flat 13. Mrs. Saoji is usually the one who greets people when they arrive. We help students who are thinking about going overseas for their education. It is not a formal office with cubicles. We usually just sit around the table in the living room and talk about the different options available. There are always piles of university folders and visa guides sitting on the side tables. It is a very personal way of doing things. We know that going to a different country is a big step, so we just take our time and explain the steps.
