Affirm Services Consultacy Pvt.Ltd. is located in Kharadi, over at Rakshaknagar Phase-II. If you look for Building Number 9, we are right there in Flat No. G-2. Being on the ground floor is actually pretty convenient for when people need to drop off documents. Kharadi has grown so much lately, and Nagar Road is always a mess of traffic, but our little corner is relatively okay. We handle a lot of consultancy work, which mostly means we spend our days looking at papers, talking to clients, and trying to sort out various service issues. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. It’s just desks, computers, and a few cupboards full of records. The staff here are just regular people who know their way around the local regulations and paperwork. We take our lunch breaks together, usually talking about anything but work. It’s a bit of a tight space when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for what we need to do. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with people coming in and out of the building, but you get used to the rhythm of the place. We just try to get the jobs finished so we can go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a simple business, run by people who live right here in Pune. We just take it one day at a time.
