Advent Global Solutions Inc

Advent Global Solutions Inc is based in Pune, specifically in the 411052 area. We’ve been operating out of this part of the city for some time. Pune 411052 covers a few different spots, but we are settled in our little office here. It’s a simple place. We don't have any of those fancy "innovation hubs" or bean bag chairs you see in magazines. We just have sturdy desks and chairs and good internet. That’s really all we need to get the job done. The team is small but we keep ourselves busy. The neighborhood is typical for Pune—some traffic, some small shops nearby, and plenty of places to grab a quick vada pav or a tea. We don't talk much about "disrupting" things or "synergy." Those words don't really fit how we work. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job of it. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with papers, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the vibe of this area; it’s not too loud but it’s still active. We usually start around nine and the morning is mostly spent catching up on emails that came in overnight. It’s a steady pace here, not too frantic but we aren't exactly sitting around either. Sometimes we stay a bit late if there is a deadline, but we try to get home at a reasonable hour to avoid the worst of the Pune traffic. It's just us.
