Our office is located at Raisoni Industrial Park, specifically at Plot No. 5-7. It is right near Hinjewadi Phase-II, which is a very crowded part of the city because of all the big tech companies nearby. Advansys India is tucked away in this corner. We are not one of those massive corporations with a tall glass building and a fountain. We just have a regular industrial space that works for us. It is practical and simple. We have our computers and some testing equipment set up. The team here is small and we spend most of our time looking at screens and discussing technical details. It can get a bit noisy when the air conditioning is running on full blast, but we have all gotten used to it. The industrial park is home to many other businesses, so there is always someone moving around. We usually go out and eat lunch at the small food stalls nearby. The food is decent and it gives us a break from the office. We have been at this specific location for a while now and it suits our needs perfectly. We don't have a dedicated person at a front desk. Usually, if you walk in, someone will just look up and say hello. We are not big on formal rules or dress codes. We just try to get things done and keep our projects on track.
